A Season of Thanks

As we head into the holiday season, I can’t help but reflect on the past year. While it was filled with unexpected challenges, it was also a time filled with new opportunities, new ways of doing business and new ways of connecting with family and friends.

Throughout these unprecedented times, we counted on one another in so many ways. Our members continued to look to AAA, trusting us with safety on the side of the road, their security, savings, travel advice and more.

For that I say thank you.

Thank you for sharing with us how appreciative you are of the safety measures and protocols we’ve put in place at the roadside and in our branches. These procedures have kept you and our team safe during these challenging times.

We’re also thankful that a growing number of members have entrusted us with their personal insurance needs and thousands more are taking advantage of lower interest rates and turning to us for help in refinancing auto, home and student loans.

When your travel plans were disrupted, tens of thousands of members reached out to us for assistance.  And, as you began to navigate the new landscape for traveling, more than 7,000 members joined our SmartDepart digital event series, where leading experts explained new travel safety protocols.  When you’re ready to go again, our travel team stands ready to assist you, providing guidance and advice on destinations all over the world.

We’ve been there for our members since 1902, providing safety, security and peace of mind. And we’ll continue to be here for you in the years ahead, helping and serving in ways big and small.
