Things to Do on and Around the High Line in NYC

The hustle and bustle of NYC is exciting and full of energy. But sometimes with that energy comes the need to escape from the chaos.

The High Line, a 1.5-mile linear park built on an elevated freight line on Manhattanā€™s West Side, is the perfect spot. Itā€™s scattered with greenery and gardens, art, performances and plenty of spots to sit and people-watch. Plus, there are tons of places to grab a drink or a bite to eat when you get peckish.

Entrances to the High Line

There are many ways to enter the park, which is completely wheelchair-accessible. Visit thehighline.org for a map.
